Ballarat Beer Festival with a Degustation Dinner

On February 17, 2023 brings a big change to an always sold out dinner, held the night before the festival. Now at The Mercure Hotel, we pair our love of beer with our love of fine foods, each course matched to two beers (wine also available). Hosted by the Beer Diva along with the Festival’s Director, Ric Dexter, the night is often hilarious, rarely serious and filled with fantastic food and beers.
Beers and wine on arrival, two matched beers and a wine per course.
