I booked Eureka Taxis some weeks ago to attend a wedding. They arrived right on time to take us and were there when we were ready to leave. There is nothing worse than waiting or not being able to get a ride home at all at the end of a big day/night, so we were very appreciative of our drivers! Probably a little bit more than an uber or taxi, but worth it for the peace of mind. Highly recommend!

I was picked up promptly. Drivers are ALWAYS helpful and great to chat with. Their knowledge of Ballarat is a bonus. It’s great to get a cab driven by someone that I feel totally comfortable with. I will only use Eureka Taxis.

Absolute rip off.Was quoted a price to get to split milk festival (yes, we clarified it was for an event) and ended up getting charged an extra $70.Questioned what the extra charge was for because we confirmed the booking the night before and was told it was a call out fee. Took it on the chin and when the man took out the eftpos machine there was an extra $25 for “GST”. Math isn’t mathing and wouldn’t reccomend this company to anyone.Taking advantage of an event that is supposed to drum up local business and overcharging isn’t the way to go
