Our New Website
Eureka Taxis Western Victoria Pty Ltd (“Eureka Taxis Ballarat”) is excited to announce that our new website has officially launched .
Our new website lists all the services that we offer along with staff profiles.
A new addition to the website is the following:
- Investor Centre
- Career Centre
- Our new website is now mobile friendly
- We have launched our blog, which when we post to it will post a copy of what we post to our socials
- Our Reviews have been rewritten to better convey our reviews both on google as well as on Facebook.
Features that have been re-written and expanded on to better improve functionality are:
- We have completely rewritten the entire online booking system
- Career Centre
Online Booking System
Our online booking system module has been re-written from the ground up to better allow our customers to be able to book taxis, regardless of the device that they are accessing the site from.
Previously the booking system was clunky and crashed a lot as well as not being mobile / tablet friendly.
This new version is faster, more streamlined and uses the latest google mapping data.
The way that it passes the booking through to our dispatch software has not changed.
Career Centre
Our careers centre has launched allowing job seeking to be able to see our latest job offerings from the click of a mouse. Gone are the days of having to contact us to see if we had any openings.
Mobile Apps
We have just commenced on our mobile booking apps for both android and ios.
Once this has been launched, this will allow our passengers another way of being able to book a taxi, from where they want, when they want.
Investor Centre
Over 2022, we received some interest about investing into the company and being a part of a transport revolution.
At the time we had nothing to provide to interested parties.
Part of the new website launch, means that we now have dedicated section where interested parities can go to find out information.
